2008 Awards and Certifications
Over the past four years, HUB Design/Build has had the prestigious honor of receiving a total of 21 DelCY (DelChester Contractor of the Year) Awards from our local NARI Chapter in a variety of specific categories.

At the next level of competition this year, a NARI National Regional CoTY (Contractor of the Year) award was also presented to HUB for one of our 2008 DelCY award-winning projects in the “additions” category. The regional award-winning project was judged against all other entries in the northeast region of the country.

In other news, Mark has earned his GCP (Green Certified Professional) certification from NARI National. Mark was the second remodeler in the country to obtain this Certification!


HUB Wins Six DelCY 2007 Awards
The beginning of 2007 portends very good things ahead for HUB Design/Build. First of all, we recently relocated our office to a beautiful new design studio at 239 Conestoga Road in Wayne. Please make an appointment to come see us.

Then, as if that weren’t exciting enough, we received the 2007 DelChester Contractor of the Year Award in six categories! A listing of the categories in which we won this year, along with a few photos of the award-winning projects, are featured on page four.

HUB now holds a total of 18 DelCY awards—six each for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. We are fortunate to be continually recognized by our peers in the remodeling industry for our excellence in the design/build process.

Most importantly, however, we want to express our sincere gratitude to each of our wonderful clients. You have been and continue to be the most important asset of our business. Without your support we would not have achieved these milestones. It is our great privilege and pleasure to serve you.


HUB Wins Six DelCY 2006 Awards
This year has already gotten off to a very exciting
start for HUB Design/Build. We recently received the DelChester Contractor of the Year 2006 award in six categories!

HUB now holds a total of 12 DelCY Awards for the years 2005 and 2006. We are pleased to have been recognized by our peers as excelling in the design and building process.

DelChester Contractor of the Year 2005
The DelChester Chapter of the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI) held the first Annual DelCY (DelChester Contractor of the Year) Awards Banquet Wednesday evening, February 16, 2005.

The local contractors entered different project categories for work performed in 2004. There were 15 trophies awarded; 3 of which were honorable mentions. However, the big winner of the evening was HUB Design/Build. HUB won a total of 6 DelCY Awards.


Big 50 Award - Fine Design category
Each year, the editors of Remodeling magazine,the industry’s premier trade publication, search for the fifty remodeling companies that distinguish themselves from the more than 62,000 remodeling firms in the country. HUB Design/Build was privileged to be selected as a member of the Big 50 Class of 2004, and to have been recognized as one of only five in the category of Fine Design.
