The pictures are of a job we did about 4 years ago. The first
picture is the before shot of this residence. First HUB did
a complete power wash of the almost 20-year-old structure to
clean up the stucco finish. Then HUB Design/Build put in all new
vinyl replacement windows. |

The window above the front door is a frosted window with etched
design for the master bathroom. One can see in the before picture
that the residence was very plain in appearance. HUB created
an octagon theme and carried this through all of the new design
implements. |

Octagon medallions were placed in the keystone headers above
the windows. Octagons were also put on the front door, above
the front door and in the master bath window etching. All of
this can be seen in the detail pictures we have provided.

For finishing touches, and to increase the dramatic flair of
the new design, we added coining to the corners and fluted columns
on each side of the door. |

|
All of the design work that was created increased the curb appeal
of this residence. It is another example of the kind of detail
work that HUB Design/Build can do to enhance a residence. |
