Addition and New Deck in Radnor

on which involved constructing a new addition and a new deck

Well, here is a closer picture of the addition. You can see
that we blended this new entry foyer seamlessly into the rest
of the structure. We incorporated a powder room and a foyer
coat closet into this addition. Oh! And we also did a complete
kitchen remodel on this residence, along with the deck below. |

The picture at right shows us a view of the bi-level deck we
constructed. The family uses this outdoor area extensively.
We can see plenty of toys for the kids on the deck. It can also
be seen that the deck goes all the way across the back of the
house, which gives plenty of room for parties and goes plain
lounging.
